Your role

Analiza danych i systemów IT, w tym tworzenie zaawansowanych zapytań SQL
Zarządzanie wymaganiami funkcjonalnymi i niefunkcjonalnymi, definiowanie kryteriów akceptacji (mile widziane doświadczenie w korzystaniu z Gherkin Syntax), Definition of Done oraz Definition of Ready
Współpraca z zespołem wytwórczym w metodykach zwinnych (Scrum, SAFe)
Tworzenie wysokiej jakości wymagań oraz dbanie o ich zgodność z celami biznesowymi
Modelowanie procesów biznesowych z wykorzystaniem UML oraz BPMN
Udział w spotkaniach projektowych i tworzenie dokumentacji w narzędziach takich jak Jira i Confluence

Your skills

Min. 4 lata doświadczenia analizie danych oraz systemów IT
Praktyczna znajomość SQL oraz umiejętność tworzenia zaawansowanych zapytań
Zdolności analityczne na wysokim poziomie, oparte na solidnym zrozumieniu zarówno procesów biznesowych, jak i technologii
Znajomość standardów zarządzania wymaganiami (np. IIBA, IREB)
Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz samodzielnego realizowania zadań
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Gotowość do pracy z biura - min. 2 dni w tygodniu

Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of IT and data analysis? Join a project in the banking area and let's build modern technology solutions together! We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst who wants to develop his/her skills in a dynamic and agile work environment.

Your role

Analysis of data and IT systems, including development of advanced SQL queries
Managing functional and non-functional requirements, defining acceptance criteria (experience in using Gherkin Syntax is welcome), Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
Collaborating with the manufacturing team in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Creating high quality requirements and ensuring they are aligned with business objectives
Modeling business processes using UML and BPMN
Participating in project meetings and creating documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence

Your skills

Min. 4 years of experience analyzing data and IT systems
Practical knowledge of SQL and the ability to create advanced queries
High-level analytical skills based on a solid understanding of both business processes and technology
Knowledge of requirements management standards (e.g. IIBA, IREB)
Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks independently
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness to work from the office - min. 2 days a week
