We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our customer, a leader in the manufacturing industry, and lead their change initiatives across the entire company. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth transitions, driving employee adoption, and supporting the successful delivery of business objectives.

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and anchor the change in the organization
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
• Create and deliver change management communications, training programs, and materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust accordingly
• Identify and manage resistance to change
• Support the establishment of Super-users within the organization and facilitate knowledge-sharing across product lines

• Broad experience in change management
• Proven ability to implement change initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Optional:

• Relevant certification, e.g., Prosci, ACMP
• Knowledge of organizational development principles
