Your role

  • Researching and identifying potential clients both in Poland and abroad
  • Collaborate in designing an effective sales strategy for diverse Data & Analytics services such as Modern Data Platforms, DWH, DataLake, Data Management & Governance, and Advanced AI Analytics
  • Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client's requests
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Snowflake, and AWS
  • Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.)
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service daily
  • Achieving established sales goals and KPIs

Your skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 1-2 years in selling Data & Analytics services
  • Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach preferably in the cloud services world
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other vendors’ data cloud platforms will be an advantage
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships at various organizational levels, including the Board of Directors
  • Knowledge of prospection tools and techniques, cold-calling
  • Excellent skills in diagnosing needs to execute upsell/cross-sell
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques as well as qualifying leads
  • Very good command of English and Polish, enabling smooth communication
