You will play a key role in driving business growth and building relationships with both clients and consultants. You’ll work with staffing and CV sales, while gaining hands-on experience in the exciting world of IT consulting.

• Reach out to potential clients, both warm and cold, to explore their needs
• Obtain leads and staffing opportunities, and close deals with new accounts
• Create and manage a prospection list, register new accounts and contacts in CRM
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and staffing requirements
• Qualify leads and provide tailored staffing solutions using Sii’s extensive network of IT professionals – both locally in Sweden and nearshore
• Collaborate with internal teams to build competitive offers, ensuring the best match between clients and consultants
• Manage delivery of staffing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client teams
• Actively recruit and maintain relationships with IT consultants to meet client needs
• Promote Sii’s comprehensive IT solutions to clients, helping them scale their projects with ease

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT consulting company
• A passion for IT, understanding of various profiles and skills
• Ambition, energy, and a go-getter attitude – you love building relationships and closing deals
• Fluent in Swedish and English – you’ll be working with both local and international clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional, disciplined approach to work and a desire to grow in a sales role
• The right personality and energy
