We are involved in building web and mobile applications, IT systems integration, process automation, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce and marketing automation applications. We are currently looking for a Resource Manager who will be responsible, among other things, for recruiting, developing, and motivating the team, while ensuring that actions align with the company's values and contribute to achieving set goals.

• Manage a team of developers
• Allocate specialists to reported project requests
• Recruit for projects by identifying needs and coordinating the entire process
• Proactively search for opportunities to engage workers in relevant projects
• Support business development by assisting in the pre-sales process
• Take care of employees' satisfaction and their development - coordinate career paths, manage project transitions, and oversee annual evaluations
• Conduct regular meetings with team members
• Handle the appropriate level of costs, control budget execution and salary grid

• Professional experience in recruitment, administration, or sales area
• At least 3 years of experience in team management
• Knowledge of soft HR practices, including recruitment, selection, training, employee evaluations, and communication
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commitment, and a positive attitude
• Ability to plan and organize both individual work and teamwork effectively
• English proficiency at a communicative level
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days a week
