Sii Polska is seeking a Business Manager to lead the sales of our comprehensive IT services to clients in the Media & Entertainment industry. As our manager, you'll build strong client relationships, provide strategic advice, and support their business objectives. The Media & Entertainment industry is constantly evolving, and we need a Business Manager who can keep up with the latest trends and technologies. • Identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with both domestic and international clients in the Media & Entertainment industry
• Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, including the identification and pursuit of new opportunities
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations to win new business
• Work closely with Sii's Competency Centers and Recruitment teams to deliver winning solution
• Oversee a team of skilled engineers, ensuring their optimal performance and satisfaction
• Recruit top-tier IT talent to meet client demands

• At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English - B2 level or higher
• Solid grasp of IT concepts and emerging technologies
• Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
• A strong understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry, including emerging trends and technologies will be an advantage
