Poszukujemy specjalistów gotowych do realizacji zadań w ramach I linii wsparcia zdalnie lub z lubelskiego biura Sii.

Your role

Kontakt telefoniczny i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych użytkowników – związanych z aplikacjami, systemami oraz sprzętem komputerowym
Rejestrowanie zgłoszeń w JIRA
Poznanie mechanizmów monitoringu i analizy infrastruktury IT
Realizowanie zadań zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami świadczenia usług informatycznych ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Your skills

Minimum pół roku doświadczenia we wsparciu IT – w tym staże, praktyki
Wykształcenie wyższe
Dobra znajomość systemu MS Windows
Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word i MS Excel
Dobra organizacja własnej pracy
Dyspozycyjność do podjęcia pracy od grudnia

Possible location

Join our IT Operations Competence Center, which is responsible for the execution of tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices, servers, operating systems, networks, databases and applications!

We are looking for specialists ready to perform 1st line support tasks remotely or from Sii's Lublin office.

Your role

Phone contact and troubleshooting of user technical problems - related to applications, systems and hardware
Recording requests in JIRA
Learning the mechanisms of monitoring and analysis of IT infrastructure
Performing tasks in accordance with international standards of IT service delivery ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Your skills

Minimum six months of experience in IT support - including internships, apprenticeships
Higher education
Good knowledge of MS Windows
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word and MS Excel functions
Good organization of own work
Availability to start work from December
