As Data Migration Lead, you will be part of the overall program team and responsible for leading all data migration activities on both global and local levels. The Data Migration Lead will coordinate activities in the Payroll program to ensure an effective, efficient, and joined up approach to data migration activities and resources.

• Working closely with both stakeholders and vendors in defining the target data model
• Ensuring all stakeholders are trained in data migration activities, including mapping, timing, and testing
• Planning, coordinating, and managing all data migration activities, tasks, and resources
• Defining the data migration plan for each solution
• Operating with legacy systems and new systems to design and create the mechanism to extract, cleanse, transform, enrich, load, and validate all required data for the successful implementation and operation of the new solutions

• Knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM and related data models
• Working experience with Big Data Migration projects
• Familiarity with data mapping and data transformation
• Experience managing projects on global and local levels
• Previous work with stakeholders' management
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English both spoken and written
