We are currently seeking individuals to support one of our financial industry clients as part of our Business Services Competency Center. This is a great opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, working on regulatory compliance, sanctions screening, and financial crime prevention.

• Conduct due diligence, including sanctions screening and investigation of negative media related to terrorist financing and money laundering
• Support the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), anti-bribery, and sanctions compliance programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Improve processes and report
• Risk assessment

• 2 years of relevant experience (Customer Service, Client Onboarding, KYC) within corporate financial services
• Proven experience in sanctions, terrorist financing, and negative media within the AML process
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Openness to work full time from the office in Warsaw - 5 days a week
