We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Google Cloud Competency Centre. • Researching and identifying potential clients in Poland and abroad
• Co-creating an effective sales strategy for multiple Google Cloud-oriented services and areas
• Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client's requests
• Working closely with our Partner’s sales teams so to provide services together
• Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.)
• Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service daily
• Achieving established sales goals and KPIs

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, 2 years min. in selling IT services
• Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach preferably in the cloud services world
• Familiarity with GCP or other vendors’ cloud platforms will be an advantage
• Ability to establish and develop relationships at various organizational levels, including the Board of Directors
• Knowledge of prospection tools and techniques, cold-calling
• Excellent skills in diagnosing needs to execute upsell/cross-sell
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques as well as qualifying leads
• Deep knowledge of the IT industry and business processes
• Very good command of English and Polish, enabling smooth communication
• Readiness for business trips
