• Lead the design and architecture of business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide expertise on the capabilities and limitations of the Power Platform, and recommend the best approach to meet business needs
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of solutions
• Guide and mentor development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring best practices are followed
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies
• Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems and technologies
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and team members on the Power Platform

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience as a Senior Consultant/Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Deep understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and its application in business environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Familiarity with other Microsoft solutions and their integration with the Power Platform, like Azure, Dynamics 365, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
