We are looking for a person to join Sii's Marketing, CSR, and Communications department, who will support the team in running marketing projects, making sure that everything works like clockwork and our client's dreams come true.

• Learning about the needs of internal clients and proposing marketing activities to help them grow their business
• Planning schedules, managing priorities, meeting project deadlines
• Creating engaging marketing materials: articles, videos, presentations, and online campaigns - all with the support of our Online Analysts, Graphic Designers, and Video Creators
• Taking care of the quality of marketing materials, conducting projects according to our standards

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish and English - minimum C1 level
• Ability to defend your ideas and persuade others of your point of view
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of marketing and communications tools: Social media: Facebook, LinkedIn; Google Analytics
• Knowledge of how to measure website performance, the effectiveness of online campaigns, etc.
• Work in hybrid mode - minimum 2 days a week from the office
