We are looking for an Equity Derivatives Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments.

The Team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the execution of both new client and hedging activities.

• Understand the operational process lifecycle based on interaction with internal and external stakeholders to enable business operations and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with a team of product experts to review all operational aspects of your trade flow
• Identify performance opportunities with process flow methodologies, as well as increase scalability, break down complex regulatory and operational process requirements, and propose creative, robust solutions
• Oversight and ownership of the entire operational flow ensuring seamless transaction execution and flow improvements

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience within corporate financial services and/or fund industry
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
• Skilled at gathering and analyzing quantitative data to guide decision-making
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Attitude of a strong team player who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure and ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
