Twoje zadania

Opracowywanie i kreowanie rozwiązań, oraz definiowanie wizji produktu
Rozwój produktów i ocena zgodności z wymaganiami biznesowymi
Priorytetyzacja zadań i dotrzymywanie terminów
Zarządzanie relacjami z klientami, w tym regularne prezentowanie postępów, statusów zadań oraz utrzymywanie przejrzystego backlogu
Dbanie o zespół i satysfakcję w zespole, proponowanie usprawnień i usuwanie blokerów w codziennej pracy

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy jako Product Owner (lub inna rola o podobnym zakresie obowiązków)
Znajomość branży finansowej, fintech, bankowości, lub branży ubezpieczeniowej
Praktyczna znajomość procesów CI/CD
Umiejętność budowania i komunikowania wizji oraz celu dla zespołu
Zdolność analitycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków i udzielania rekomendacji
Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w biurze w Poznaniu 2 dni w tygodniu

Mile widziane:

Znajomość języka hiszpańskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym

In this role, you will be the key person responsible for the development of an innovative product that will revolutionize the financial market. Working in agile methodologies, you will lead the project according to best practices and the highest quality standards, having a real impact on the direction of its development and the delivery of value to customers.

Your role

Developing and creating solutions, and defining the product vision
Product development and evaluation of compliance with business requirements
Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Managing customer relationships, including regularly presenting progress, task statuses and maintaining a clear backlog
Taking care of the team and satisfaction within the team, proposing improvements and removing roadblocks in daily operations

Your skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner (or other role with similar responsibilities)
Knowledge of the financial, fintech, banking, or insurance industry
Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes
Ability to build and communicate vision and purpose for the team
Ability to think analytically, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Willingness to work hybrid office in Poznan 2 days a week

Optional:

Communicative knowledge of the Spanish language
