Dział Prawny zajmuje się bieżącą obsługą prawną oraz wsparciem prawnym spółki, ściśle współpracując z poszczególnymi departamentami biznesowymi i zarządem oraz uczestnicząc w procesach biznesowych spółki.

Twoje zadania

Sporządzanie i weryfikacja umów zawieranych przez spółkę oraz udział w ich negocjowaniu
Tworzenie opinii prawnych oraz bieżące konsultacje prawne
Przygotowywanie wzorów umów, procedur oraz innych dokumentów prawnych obowiązujących w spółce
Wsparcie biznesowo-prawne we wszelkich aspektach działalności spółki

Twoje umiejętności

Ukończone studia wyższe na kierunku: prawo (dodatkowym atutem będzie odbywanie aplikacji adwokackiej lub radcowskiej)
Minimum rok doświadczenia zawodowego w pracy w kancelarii lub dziale prawnym przedsiębiorstwa
Mile widziane osoby posiadające doświadczenie w spółce o podobnym profilu (IT) oraz doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku
Bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie), w tym znajomość terminologii prawniczej oraz doświadczenie opracowywaniu dokumentów prawych
Pro-biznesowe podejście do powierzonych przez spółkę spraw

Possible location

We are the fastest growing IT and industrial engineering company in the country. Continuous growth, ambitious plans and new challenges ahead influenced the decision to expand the internal Legal team, which currently numbers 12 people.

The Legal Department handles the company's day-to-day legal services and support, working closely with the various business departments and management and participating in the company's business processes.

Your role

Drafting and reviewing contracts concluded by the company and participating in their negotiation
Preparation of legal opinions and ongoing legal consultations
Preparation of model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company
Business and legal support in all aspects of the company's operations

Your skills

Completed university degree in the following field: law (an additional advantage will be the completion of a lawyer's or attorney's apprenticeship)
A minimum of one year of work experience in a law firm or legal department of a company
Experience in a company with a similar profile (IT) and experience in working in an international environment are welcome
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), including knowledge of legal terminology and experience in preparing legal documents
Pro-business approach to the matters entrusted by the company
