• Lead the strategic and operational product management efforts with a focus on user-facing software and hardware solutions
• Drive impactful product launches that resonate in the market
• Navigate products from inception to market release, skilfully managing the early stages and discovery phases to ensure innovative and viable outcomes
• Employ user-centered design thinking principles to oversee the development and delivery of exceptional UX/UI for software products, enhancing user interaction and satisfaction
• Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs, across large organizations, ensuring alignment and fostering collaborative growth

• At least 10 years of experience in product management for user-facing software/hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver market-leading products
• Proficient in managing the discovery phase of product development
• Expertise in user-centered design and UX/UI development
• Skills in high-level stakeholder management across large organizations
• Agile software and hardware project delivery experience
• Ability to manage ambiguity and undefined product boundaries effectively
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to utilize both qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
