• Ensuring the implementation of optimal solutions
• Being a single point of contact (SPOC) for our customers regarding the Atlassian domain
• Identifying and interpreting business requirements and translating them into specific features of Atlassian ecosystem tools
• Collaborating daily with our customers, informing them about the latest features, identifying gaps and bugs, and advising them in some extraordinary scenarios
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions
• Implementing best practices and configuration rules for Atlassian tools
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with necessary Atlassian entities: support, TAM, migration Managers
• Working closely with customers’ technical leaders regarding implemented solutions and improvements

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence in terms of implementation and administration and experience in migrating JIRA projects and/or migrating Confluence spaces
• Previous participation in implementation projects
• Ability to design processes and describe them
• At least 5 years of experience in application development
• Knowledge of data structure and data modeling
• Experience in system automation (Ansible, Groovy, Gradle, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in the development, architecture, administration, monitoring, and design of Java-based IT applications
• Fluency in English
