We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Support Specialist to join us at Sii Ukraine and help us grow and support the well-being of our workers.

If you’ve had your first experiences in recruitment or HR support, and you like creative and proactive work, this role is for you. Working for Sii Ukraine, a subsidiary of Sii Poland, provides you with a great combination of being in a start-up and in an enterprise environment at the same time. 

You will have freedom and be responsible for helping Sii grow in Ukraine. You will support local social media communication and recruitment marketing in close cooperation with Sii Marketing and Communications Department. Not only that, but you will work closely with our business in order to create more project opportunities for our specialists from Ukraine. You will also participate in recruitment processes and be responsible for HR support of our workers.

• Supporting in prioritization of recruitment projects
• Liaising with our Sales and Delivery teams to research project opportunities for specialists located in Ukraine
• Supporting recruitment and team building of specialists for international projects
• Providing support for the operations of our Ukrainian subsidiary
• Taking care of HR support of our workers from Ukraine, including integration events, basic worker documentation and benefits support
• Maintaining high quality of data and up-to-date records of candidates

• Professional experience in sales support, HR or recruitment
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to build and maintain positive relations
• Positive and client-oriented attitude
• Very good organization of work and professional approach to daily tasks
• Creativity, enthusiasm for finding new solutions
• Desire to win
