We are looking for a Sales and Delivery Operations Specialist to join us at Sii Ukraine.

If you’ve had your first experiences in recruitment or sales support, and you like creative and proactive work, this role is for you. You will have freedom and responsibility for helping Sii grow in Ukraine on one hand, but you will also be supported by our teams in Poland. We will help you improve your skills and expand your knowledge of new technologies.

You will support local social media communication and recruitment marketing in close co-operation with Sii Marketing and Communications Department. You will work closely with our business in order to create more project opportunities for our specialists from Ukraine. Moreover, you will participate in recruitment processes.

• Supporting business in the delivery of recruitment and sales processes on the Ukrainian market
• Helping to prioritize recruitment projects
• Maintaining contact with the business in order to determine which projects are available for specialists from Ukraine
• Providing support in recruitment and team building of specialists for international projects
• Working closely with the Sales team to create and stimulate project opportunities for Ukrainian specialists
• Maintaining high quality of data and up-to-date records of candidates
• Supporting the operations of our Ukrainian subsidiary

• Professional experience in sales, sales support or recruitment
• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to build and maintain positive relations
• Positive and client-oriented attitude
• Very good organization of work and professional approach to daily tasks
• Creativity, enthusiasm for finding new solutions
• Desire to win
