The expanding portfolio of digital services and a complex IT estate required effective vulnerability management. The enterprise needed a solution that ensured rapid response and full control over security across global systems. Sii Poland’s experts were engaged to analyze, monitor, and optimize Vulnerability Management processes spanning the key applications and systems used in daily operations.
Process standardization and full risk visibility
Sii Poland embedded specialists within the client’s security organization to deliver end-to-end support for vulnerability analysis, classification, and monitoring. The goal was to improve collaboration among IT, Cybersecurity, and Compliance teams and to establish a transparent risk-management model.
Scope included:
- automating configuration and reporting for vulnerability scanning and assessment tools
- analyzing new vulnerabilities and assessing their impact on the IT environment
- supporting service owners in planning remediation activities
- tracking progress on eliminating the most frequent and critical issues
- maintaining technical documentation in Confluence and managing exceptions
- proposing improvements to dashboards, reports, and information flows
These changes gave the client full visibility into security posture and a consistent, organization-wide process for responding to vulnerabilities. Cross-team collaboration became faster, more transparent, and driven by shared priorities.
Greater resilience and more effective risk management
Sii Poland’s engagement brought structure to vulnerability management and reduced unresolved vulnerabilities to near zero. Standardized reporting and continuous risk monitoring increased operational predictability and lowered the likelihood of incidents in critical IT systems.
Through standardization and automation, the security team can now identify threats more quickly and plan remediation with greater confidence. The project demonstrated Sii Poland’s ability to help global leaders build lasting resilience and a security culture grounded in trust and transparency.
