The challenge
Creation of a tool that would automate the multistage control of produced parts.
What we did
- We created environment integrated with the external client’s system using REST invocation.
- We designed 4 Nintex Workflow processes that allow moving between consecutive stages of the business process.
- We designed 18 Nintex forms together with the set of complex rules and additional functonalities in JavaScript as well as formatting with the use of CSS.
Effect
- Visually satisfying forms and infallible support of particular fields permissions.
- An extra JavaScript functionality – a form that aggregates data from 3 different SharePoint lists and navigation that enables transfer from previous forms.
- Improvement of the process which already existed in the Lotus Notes environment.
