Unified product communication within a global AEM ecosystem  

Unifying the brand presence of a flagship product within a global digital ecosystem 

As the brand expanded into new markets, the company identified the need to standardize communication for its flagship product line within the existing corporate Adobe Experience Manager environment.

The project aimed to bring the product onto a shared corporate platform that would provide:

  • consistent communication across all regions
  • centralized content management and rapid updates
  • a unified, responsive experience across all devices

AEM as the central hub for consistent product communication 

Sii Polska experts designed and implemented a dedicated product website within the corporate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem. The new site became the central communication tool for the product – available in two language versions and fully aligned with the company’s global standards. 

A team of five Sii specialists – an AEM Architect, AEM Back-End Developer, AEM Front-End Developer, QA Engineer, and Delivery Manager – handled the entire scope of work, including: 

  • designing and implementing AEM components aligned with the corporate architecture
  • integrating the website with existing systems and internal databases
  • preparing test environments and ensuring full QA coverage
  • adapting content structure and layout to marketing requirements and responsive design standards

As a result, the company gained a unified global brand presence and full control over content publication within a single cohesive system. 

Automated product data updates in a global digital ecosystem 

The new product website built on Adobe Experience Manager streamlined content management, enabling easier creation, editing, and publishing of product information. 

Thanks to integration with corporate systems, product data is now updated automatically, ensuring that users always have access to accurate and consistent information. The responsive design improved the user experience across devices, while the standardized site structure simplified ongoing maintenance and future development.
