Greater efficiency in cloud service delivery
A higher level of automation in the AEM cloud environment made it easier for the organization to support its customers in day-to-day operations. Automated deployments reduced the need for manual steps, helping ensure that customer environments are set up in a more consistent and predictable way.
For customers, this translated into faster onboarding and smoother enablement of AEM cloud environment. Instead of waiting for manual configuration or custom actions, they could rely on automated processes that accelerated access to the platform and shortened the time needed to start working with AEM.
From the organization’s perspective, automation also simplified the handling of automation requests. Repeatable cloud processes allowed teams to respond faster and with less operational effort, while supporting further development without increasing complexity.
As a result, the foundation of the AEM cloud delivery model was strengthened, improving both customer experience and operational efficiency.
