With the introduction of a new corporate cloud strategy, the organization decided to move its entire Atlassian platform to Atlassian Cloud, fully phasing out its on-premise infrastructure.
The scale and complexity of the environment – consisting of both local on-premise instances and existing cloud solutions – required exceptional precision, coordination, and strict security controls at every stage of the migration. Sii Poland delivered a full end-to-end migration of Puma’s Atlassian platform, covering the entire project lifecycle – from environment takeover and migration planning to integrations, optimization, and post-deployment operations. The migration encompassed both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, and the full process was completed in a record timeframe, without any disruption to end users.
The scope of work included:
- taking over and auditing the distributed Atlassian environment – both on-premise and cloud – within two weeks
