Global AEM platform for consistent Motorola brand communication

Ensuring consistent communication across global markets 

As Motorola expanded its global operations, the company needed to manage marketing content across more than 100 countries. To maintain a unified communication strategy on the existing AEM platform, Motorola required a team capable of continuously enhancing the website, maintaining core functionalities, and implementing new changes in line with the marketing vision and expectations of business stakeholders. 

Key priorities included continuity of work, predictable release cycles, and stable delivery of new capabilities. Given the scale of the project, the AEM-based architecture, and the need to integrate with the wider Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, Motorola selected Sii as its development and maintenance partner – an Adobe Certified Partner with strong experience in international AEM projects. With a team of more than 120 Adobe specialists, Sii ensured stable support and the ability to further extend the platform in line with Motorola’s global communication strategy. 

End-to-end development and maintenance of the Motorola corporate site 

Sii joined the ongoing project as a development and maintenance team responsible for the full end-to-end delivery cycle on the AEM platform. The scope included: 

  • developing new features, components, and pages in AEM 
  • ongoing maintenance and platform optimization 
  • implementing changes based on requirements provided by Motorola’s Product Owner 
  • testing and preparing production releases after each sprint 
  • coordinating with the India-based team and DevOps team 

The team worked on a rolling basis – each sprint delivered new improvements, additional integrations, and regular production releases, including integration with an external financial service. 

Global consistency and full control over brand communication 

Thanks to continuous development and stable maintenance, the corporate website evolved into a platform optimized for effective product promotion. The introduction of engaging new solutions improved user communication, while regular releases ensured full alignment with Motorola’s marketing vision and communication goals.
