The challenge
Sweetdeal decided to replace existing e-commerce platform with more advanced and aligned to their requirements. Key factor was to satisfy current users but also partners who are providing products.
What we did
Sweetdeal was looking for a modern e-commerce solution which has an intuitive admin interface, user friendly configuration, build-in upsells and cross-sells, easy third-party integrations and dedicated place for partners.
Sii delivered core platform based on Magento, to handle regular sales, reporting, data exchange with Salesforce and payment solution. Sales flow was optimized for specific UX/UI requirements including changes in registration and payment flow.
System was set up in cloud hosting environment to handle traffic peaks and reduce maintenance costs.
Effects
Groupon for Danish market was launched: https://www.sweetdeal.dk, data migration from old system allow to keep business continuity.
