The challenge
Support in the development of a new customer portal whose main functionalities are to facilitate communication with both retail and business clients and advance the process of energy billing.
What we did
- Created a customer web portal within frontend technologies, compatible with existing backend services.
- Built aninterdisciplinary team to provide the best support in both developing tasks and implementingthe automation process for building and testing.
- Implemented thenew customer portal according to business stories created by the client’s Product Owner, which were then translated into technical tasks.
- Worked very closely both with the client’s technical team and marketing team to fully understand the business expectation towards the product being created.
- Focused on the project objectives, i.e. an extended, multi-layer GUI and rich architecture of microservices.
