The challenge
- Training 400 people on the ITIL®4 Foundation.
- Training people from 26 countries, including Brazil, Sweden, France, Africa, USA, Australia, UK.
- Conducting trainings in 4 languages: Polish, English, Swedish and French.
- Preparing the participants for the ITIL® 4 Foundation accredited exam.
What we did
- We discussed with a key decision-maker on the client’s side the needs and expectations of the client regarding the trainings.
- We faced challenges such as conducting training for people located in Australia, where we trained at night Polish time zone for 4 days, several hours each.
- We conducted an accredited ITIL® 4 Foundation training.
