We build and equip your offshore team with the necessary resources and establish efficient work processes. Sii manages office space and infrastructure, ensuring your operations run smoothly. Together, we define KPIs, choose the right ramp-up plan, and provide any needed training to ensure your team is productive and aligned with your goals.
At this stage, KPIs are fully implemented, and we manage the team in close collaboration with you to ensure alignment with your business goals. We provide you with complete support, covering office and IT administration, as well as legal and finance functions.
