About the client
An international chain of gas stations and convenience stores, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, and operating worldwide. The company is one of the largest chains in the United States and has around 16 000 convenience stores around the world, employing more than 130 000 people.
The challenge
The client implemented a new ITSM system and was looking for a scalable solution to support the adoption of IT processes.
What we did
- We defined the business need and client waiting time.
- We prepared a series of interactive, engaging mini trainings for the client’s e-learning platform, taking into account the specificity of its processes. We showed their benefits and interactions between them.
Effects
- Diagnosis, discussion and development of solutions to the existing problems in projects.
- Development of a scheme of cooperation and project process.
- Client is able to present new IT processes and the new ITSM system to all IT employees in a standardized way.
