Performance tests of new components based on Vaadin
What we did
- Created jMeter’s plugin for performance tests of Vaadin application,
- pointed out problems with server infrastructure,
- discovered modules responsible for memory leakage,
- noticed unoptimized code,
- continuous verification of application’s performance.
Effects
- Improved quality of new components,
- reduced server’s memory requirements by 1/3.
