The challenge
The Client deploys various medical devices to clinics. Those devices need to be monitored (health monitoring) as well as managed with respect to their maintenance cycles (machines need to be inspected regularly to ensure their correct operations).
What we did
Sii experts worked with the Client’s engineers as one Scrum team on the system executing monitoring actions. The team developed additional features of the system to meet the needs of the end users.
Effects
The Client’s internal capacity was enhanced by skilled Sii engineering force to deliver the end product in line with business expecations and timeliness.
