The challenge
Because there were no human resources to carry out tests, and the costs of establishing and maintaining such a team are high, our Client needed testers with a diversified level of competence who would be flexibly allocated to different projects.
What we did
To respond to the need of our Client we established a self-supporting team of experienced testers. We tested new functionalities of the existing applications designed in Java and .net, and designed test cases and testing strategies. We coordinated work related to the carried out tests. We cooperated with people responsible for the design of tested applications.
Effects
Since the beginning of our cooperation we have tested several dozen projects. The established team of testers is able to plan and perform functional, integration, system and UAT tests with minimum involvement of the client.
