We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the development and continuous improvement of a global Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform. You will create and maintain high-quality documentation that enables business users, sales teams, administrators, and technical stakeholders to use the platform effectively. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Sales Operations teams, you will translate complex business processes and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that supports global Quote-to-Cash operations.

Your tasks

Creating and maintaining user guides, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles for the CPQ platform
Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Sales Operations teams to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements
Documenting Quote-to-Cash workflows, system configurations, pricing, discounting, approval processes, and release updates
Preparing release notes, training materials, process diagrams, and visual documentation to support user adoption and knowledge sharing
Managing documentation repositories, reviewing existing content, and ensuring documentation quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical writing, business documentation, or software documentation
Strong knowledge of technical documentation, process documentation, SOPs, knowledge management, and documentation tools such as Confluence
Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with CPQ, CRM, ERP, Quote-to-Cash processes, workflow documentation, and release management will be an advantage
Fluent English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred)

Nice to have

Experience documenting enterprise applications, preferably CPQ, CRM, or ERP solutions
Knowledge of process mapping and workflow visualization tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
Experience creating training materials, user education content, and release communications
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and the software development lifecycle

Підготовка нотаток до релізів, навчальних матеріалів, діаграм процесів та візуальної документації для підтримки впровадження користувачами та обміну знаннями
Управління репозиторіями документації, перегляд існуючого контенту та забезпечення якості, послідовності та відповідності документації встановленим стандартам

Наші очікування

Мінімум 4 роки професійного досвіду у технічному написанні, бізнес-документації або документації програмного забезпечення
Глибокі знання технічної документації, процесної документації, стандартних операційних процедур (SOP), управління знаннями та інструментів документації, таких як Confluence
Здатність перекладати складні технічні та бізнес-концепції у зрозумілу, зручну для користувача документацію та ефективно співпрацювати з міжфункціональними командами
Знайомство з CPQ, CRM, ERP, процесами Quote-to-Cash, документацією робочих процесів та управлінням релізами буде перевагою
Вільна англійська мова (мінімум рівень B2, бажано C1)

Буде перевагою

Досвід документування корпоративних додатків, бажано рішень CPQ, CRM або ERP
Знання інструментів картографування процесів та візуалізації робочих процесів, таких як Visio або Lucidchart
