We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a transformational insurance project focused on implementing a new core system for claims management. As part of a strategic long-term initiative, you will be involved not only in the system replacement but also in changes across multiple integrated systems. This position requires hybrid work of 3 days per week from the office.

Your tasks

Defining and executing the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on business value
Making product decisions and managing trade-offs between time, cost, scope, and quality
Leading discovery processes and developing the product based on user needs and data
Managing stakeholders and influencing the direction of product development
Monitoring implementation and optimizing the business value of delivered solutions
Defining and analyzing product metrics such as KPI, OKR, and NPS
Collaborating with IT teams and considering technological constraints
Managing change and resolving conflicts between business and IT
Taking responsibility for the end-to-end success of product implementations

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner with at least 3 commercial product implementations, including one in the insurance industry
Ability to create and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Experience in managing product backlog, prioritization based on business value, and defining user stories
Strong knowledge of Scrum and practical collaboration with agile teams
Stakeholder management skills, including expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Experience in making product decisions under uncertainty and managing trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality
Familiarity with discovery processes, user needs analysis, and conducting product workshops
Ability to define and monitor product metrics (KPI, OKR, NPS, ROI, TTM)
Good understanding of technologies, particularly systems, APIs, and integrations, to assess the impact of technological decisions on product development
Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent)
Fluent Polish
Advanced level of English

Nice to have

Collaboration with UX and understanding of design processes
Basic SQL/logs knowledge
Facilitation skills for workshops (story mapping, event storming)
Familiarity with GA4 or similar tools
Inspiring the team to adopt A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
Advanced Agile/Scaling certifications (PSM II, SAFe, LeSS)
Utilizing AI for managing needs, backlog, and product

У рамках стратегічної довгострокової ініціативи ви будете залучені не лише до заміни системи, а й до змін у кількох інтегрованих системах. Ця позиція передбачає гібридний режим роботи з 3 днями на тиждень в офісі.

Завдання

Визначення та реалізація бачення продукту і дорожньої карти, узгоджених з бізнес-цілями
Управління беклогом продукту та пріоритизація на основі бізнес-цінності
Прийняття продуктових рішень та управління компромісами між часом, вартістю, обсягом і якістю
Керівництво процесами дослідження та розвиток продукту на основі потреб користувачів і даних
Управління зацікавленими сторонами та вплив на напрямок розвитку продукту
Моніторинг впровадження та оптимізація бізнес-цінності доставлених рішень
Визначення та аналіз метрик продукту, таких як KPI, OKR і NPS
Співпраця з IT-командами та врахування технологічних обмежень
Управління змінами та вирішення конфліктів між бізнесом і IT
Відповідальність за успіх впроваджень продукту від початку до кінця

Наші очікування

Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи Product Owner з принаймні 3 комерційними впровадженнями продуктів, включно з одним у страховій галузі
Здатність створювати та реалізовувати бачення продукту, стратегію та дорожню карту, узгоджені з бізнес-цілями
Досвід управління беклогом продукту, пріоритизації на основі бізнес-цінності та визначення користувацьких історій
Глибокі знання Scrum та практична співпраця з agile-командами
Навички управління зацікавленими сторонами, включно з управлінням очікуваннями, веденням переговорів та вирішенням конфліктів
Досвід прийняття продуктових рішень в умовах невизначеності та управління компромісами між обсягом, часом, вартістю та якістю
Знайомство з процесами дослідження, аналізом потреб користувачів та проведенням продуктових воркшопів
Здатність визначати та контролювати метрики продукту (KPI, OKR, NPS, ROI, TTM)
Добре розуміння технологій, особливо систем, API та інтеграцій, для оцінки впливу технологічних рішень на розвиток продукту
Практичні знання інструментів, таких як Jira, Confluence та Miro
Сертифікація Agile/Scrum (наприклад, PSPO II або еквівалент)
Вільне володіння польською мовою
