We are hiring for a Control Manager role within the Chief Control Office, supporting enterprise-wide technology risk and control initiatives. The role focuses on governance, risk and control management, process design, operational oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining risk and control processes, supporting internal and external reporting, driving governance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational controls and ensure consistent risk management practices across the technology organization.

Your tasks

Supporting the design and continuous improvement of risk and control management processes in line with organizational requirements, industry standards, and best practices
Measuring and monitoring risk and control management processes to ensure objectives and desired outcomes are achieved
Executing risk, control, and governance processes in a timely, consistent, and compliant manner
Identifying and escalating exceptions in risk and control processes to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Managing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence, including collecting feedback and providing operational support and guidance

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Technology Risk & Control Management, Governance, or Operational Risk
Strong understanding of Risk & Control Frameworks, including KCIs, KRIs, KPIs, risk assessment, governance, and compliance processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Hands-on experience in process improvement, problem-solving, operational governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with GRC tools such as IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC, or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance platforms
Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders

Впровадження процесів управління ризиками, контролем та корпоративним управлінням своєчасно, послідовно та з дотриманням вимог
Виявлення та ескалація винятків у процесах управління ризиками та контролем до керівництва та відповідних зацікавлених сторін
Проактивне виявлення можливостей для вдосконалення існуючих процесів та впровадження ініціатив з постійного вдосконалення
Управління та співпраця із зацікавленими сторонами у різних лініях захисту, включаючи збір відгуків та надання оперативної підтримки й рекомендацій

Наші очікування

Щонайменше 5 років досвіду роботи в сфері управління технологічними ризиками та контролем, корпоративного управління або операційних ризиків
Глибоке розуміння систем управління ризиками та контролем, включаючи KCI, KRI, KPI, оцінку ризиків, управління та процеси дотримання нормативних вимог
Відмінні навички управління зацікавленими сторонами, комунікації та міжособистісного спілкування, а також здатність перекладати технічні концепції на зрозумілу для бізнесу мову
Практичний досвід у вдосконаленні процесів, вирішенні проблем, оперативному управлінні та впровадженні ініціатив з постійного вдосконалення
Знання інструментів GRC, таких як IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC або подібних платформ з управління, ризиків та дотримання вимог
Вільне володіння англійською мовою (як письмовою, так і усною) та здатність ефективно співпрацювати з глобальними зацікавленими сторонами
