The solution was not standardized, so the applications did not work correctly, connections were lost and there was no control over the system\u2019s performance. The Client had no ownership rights to system codes, and because of that every change made by the previous supplier was costly.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>We conducted an analysis of business processes and delivered a new system, which is based on open-source technologies.<br \/>\njBPM workflow engine and document repository were integrated with Client\u2019s IT systems with the use of Web Services, and data from current systems were transferred during the migration process.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Under the project a new system was designed supporting the execution of business processes. The application was embedded in the Client\u2019s infrastructure and integrated with the domain systems.
