\n Circle K, a global network of fuel stations and convenience stores operating in more than 25 countries, faced growing complexity in managing international IT initiatives. Different ways of working across markets led to delays, misaligned priorities, and inconsistent reporting. To improve collaboration and increase delivery predictability, the organization decided to introduce a unified operating model for all project teams. Sii Poland designed and implemented a scaled Agile framework that became the common standard for global initiatives across Circle K. \n <\/div>\n
