The existing, unclear materials required the use of multiple documents at the same time. This resulted in a low exam pass rate after the training and translated into a poor quality of work.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposed and created onboarding e-learning trainings, consolidating existing materials, with the use of Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe CC 2021<\/li>\n<li>Edited the content and presented it in a coherent, interactive form, allowing employees to quickly find key elements, based on the client&#8217;s brandbook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher exam pass rate among employees joining projects<\/li>\n<li>Quicker access to key information<\/li>\n<li>Significant increase in training completion rate from 67% to 92%<\/li>\n<li>Extended knowledge and improved quality and speed of teamwork<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge The client needed to improve the effectiveness of training in internal production procedures.
