The company decided to create a new web application for all their international offices that would improve the time-consuming and not fully transparent process. Another pressing need was a functionality allowing the signing of all legal documents and implementation of the Adobe Sign solution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Our goal was to visualize the new system and suggest improvements in the user flow by using the best UX practices. We started with a 1-day workshop to understand the whole process. Then we proposed incremental adjustments to the general concept and created the final design according to the backend prepared by the Client.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>The fully interactive prototype of the system was created.
