The team has been running full-stack development and testing activities of cloud-based services dedicated to support the client\u2019s key products and develop a digital automation platform. Sii Scrum team with close cooperation with the client\u2019s Product Owners was responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>business analysis and system design,<\/li>\n<li>application development, testing and support,<\/li>\n<li>system implementation and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Solutions built by the Sii team supports the process of digitalization of claims handling by giving final customers a quick and digital way to access their claims. By using the built-in estimation and validation tool, EasyClaims platform secures appropriate pricing and makes claims handling quicker and easier.
