It is used by different HQ and national departments across the globe partialy playing the role of data warehouse. Customer needed to improve time\u00a0&amp;\u00a0quality of solving business problems together with optimization\u00a0of\u00a0the platform processes.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>We analized current list of business issues, built a plan to solve them based on agreed prioritetization and executed it accordingly.<br \/>\nNext part was to conduct analysis on the subject of current performance issues, prepare a plant how to approach them and execute it with customer&#8217;s administration team.<\/p>\n<h2>Effect<\/h2>\n<p>Issues solved, stable environment that is performing well.
