The challenge<\/h2>\n

QlikView is a base reporting platform within the whole group. It is used by different HQ and national departments across the globe partialy playing the role of data warehouse. Customer needed to improve time\u00a0&\u00a0quality of solving business problems together with optimization\u00a0of\u00a0the platform processes.<\/p>\n

What we did<\/h2>\n

We analized current list of business issues, built a plan to solve them based on agreed prioritetization and executed it accordingly.
\nNext part was to conduct analysis on the subject of current performance issues, prepare a plant how to approach them and execute it with customer’s administration team.<\/p>\n

Effect<\/h2>\n
