Customers are able to conveniently apply in an electronic form on the website and at the same time to familiarize themselves with available leasing offers. The system is available on all types of devices: desktops, laptops, tablets and phones. Potential customers are identified using generated tokens and pins. The entered data is validated in view of accuracy and integrity. Customer may submit attachments as well as generate insight of agreement prototype, that can automatically be sent to him electronically. The application is integrated with external GUS and BIG systems. The granting of the leasing is determined in the real-time by decision engine, which largely contributed to reduction of the waiting time for the result of their application.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Speeding up the application process \u2013 by offer which is available on-line through the Web browser client assessment time was shortened, and as a result \u2013 the whole process.<\/li>\n<li>Relieving back-office workers \u2013 no need to manually rewrite requests from clients by\u00a0company&#8217;s employees.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of data quality \u2013 automatic validation of all collected data.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a brand \u2013 improvement of our client&#8217;s image for potential customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge Automation of the leasing application process.
