Effective expanding of the testers team in a short period of time due to the fact that project flows from others branches of the company from USA or Canada.<\/p>\n

What we did<\/h2>\n

Sii in Gda\u0144sk, for its Client, has established the Test Centre \u2013 a team of Firmware&Software testers who carry out a complex process related to software quality assurance. The team works at Sii\u2019s office in Gda\u0144sk and closely cooperates with the Client\u2019s division located in the same city.<\/p>\n

Effects<\/h2>\n

Efficient gathering of adequate candidates\u2019 profiles and creating a stable and competent testers\u2019 team, which has knowledge about specifics, the environment of the work and tools characteristic to the projects realised by Client.
