In addition, the entire platform is under the Nagios monitoring system, which checks the operation of servers and services in a 24\/7 mode.<br \/>\nSii consultants have the following duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide remote control and administration of systems and servers.<\/li>\n<li>Receive, prioritize, monitor and solve reported problems.<\/li>\n<li>Update and install security patches.<\/li>\n<li>Provide remote support to end-users.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure secure access.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively monitor systems and servers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to Client\u2019s internal IT departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Sii ensures remote maintenance of the key systems and servers for our Client based on SLA.
