My area of expertise includes audits and E2E analysis of business processes: accounting, invoicing, payroll, administration, office management, costs management, procurement, business trips, designing and redesigning of back-office processes, planning optimization and improvements, and managing advisory projects. I support clients in the identification of KPIs and designing dedicated services to be implemented in the outsourcing model.

I’m responsible for building and developing the BPO and Business Advisory Competency Center at Sii Poland. I handle the delivery of services in the area of data quality management, UX & graphic design, payroll & administration, marketing, and HR.

At Sii I create and implement marketing strategy, including content, videos and graphics, online marketing, marketing automation, and business events organization, driving business development for 360 marketing services in Poland and abroad.

For 19 years in operations, I have been looking for ideas to increase efficiency. Using RPA (robotic process automation), I support process automation on 2 levels: looking for the right tasks as an analyst and for the best solutions as an architect.
