We are looking for a skilled and reliability-driven Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you will combine hands-on 2nd-level support experience with monitoring, automation, and reliability engineering. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and observability of a critical component of our reference data delivery chain.

Your tasks

Designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring dashboards
Improving alert quality and reducing noise through effective threshold and metric design
Analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect anomalies
Automating operational processes using Ansible and scripting
Contributing to CI/CD and deployment reliability improvements
Continuously optimizing system reliability, availability, and operational efficiency
Providing 2nd-level support for production systems and critical business applications
Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and performance issues
Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and documenting findings in a structured manner
Collaborating with development teams on sustainable issue resolution and contributing to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or 2nd-level production support
Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack and Grafana for monitoring, logging, and observability
Strong experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
Good hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD practices
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation of operational processes
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP
Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ownership skills in complex environments
Fluent English communication is required; immediate joiners and candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred

Виконання аналізу корінних причин (RCA) та документування висновків у структурованій формі
Співпраця з командами розробників для сталого вирішення проблем та внесення внеску в огляди після інцидентів і ініціативи безперервного покращення

Наші очікування

Мінімум 4 роки досвіду в інженерії надійності сайту, DevOps або підтримці виробництва 2-го рівня
Практичний досвід роботи з Elastic Stack та Grafana для моніторингу, ведення журналів та спостереження
Сильний досвід роботи з Ansible для управління конфігурацією та автоматизації

Знайомство зі скриптовими мовами та автоматизацією операційних процесів
Знання технологій баз даних SQL та NoSQL
Добре розуміння основ мережі, включаючи TCP/IP, DNS та HTTP
Досвід роботи з системами Linux та написанням shell-скриптів
Сильні аналітичні, усунення неполадок, навички вирішення проблем та відповідальності в складних середовищах
