Join Sii as a Senior/Lead .NET Developer and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable, and enterprise-grade Windows desktop applications. In this role, you will work on mission-critical software solutions, developing new features and enhancing existing applications using modern C# and WPF technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in the complete software development lifecycle, and help drive technical excellence through clean coding practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Your tasks

Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF
Designing and implementing scalable software solutions following OOP principles and design patterns
Collaborating with Product Owners, QA teams, and developers to define and deliver new features
Writing clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
Performing code reviews and ensuring software quality, performance, and reliability
Troubleshooting and resolving application issues reported by users and stakeholders
Mentoring junior developers and supporting team knowledge-sharing initiatives
Contributing to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

7-14 years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and WPF
Proven experience building and maintaining Windows desktop applications
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles
Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture, data binding, and WPF frameworks
Experience working with Visual Studio, Git, Jira, Bitbucket, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools such as Moq, AutoFixture, and BDD practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative international environment

Завдання

Розробка, підтримка та вдосконалення Windows-десктопних додатків з використанням C# та WPF
Проектування та впровадження масштабованих програмних рішень відповідно до принципів ООП та шаблонів проектування
Співпраця з Product Owner, командами QA та розробниками для визначення та впровадження нових функцій
Написання чистого, ефективного, повторно використовуваного та підтримуваного коду
Проведення код-рев'ю та забезпечення якості, продуктивності та надійності програмного забезпечення
Виявлення та усунення проблем у додатках, що повідомляються користувачами та зацікавленими сторонами
Наставництво молодших розробників та підтримка ініціатив з обміну знаннями в команді
Участь в Agile-церемоніях та заходах з безперервного вдосконалення

Наші очікування

7-14 років досвіду розробки програмного забезпечення з глибокими знаннями C# та WPF
Підтверджений досвід створення та підтримки Windows-десктопних додатків
Глибоке розуміння об'єктно-орієнтованого програмування (ООП), шаблонів проектування та принципів архітектури програмного забезпечення
Практичний досвід роботи з архітектурою MVVM, прив'язкою даних та фреймворками WPF
Досвід роботи з Visual Studio, Git, Jira, Bitbucket та методологіями Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Знання фреймворків для модульного тестування та інструментів, таких як Moq, AutoFixture, а також практик BDD
