Sii Sweden is looking for a talented Scrum Master to support our customer who is a leading Nordic universal bank.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding two teams through the agile process to ensure the successful delivery of key banking products and services. You will work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven culture.

• Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality banking software solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization within the teams
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry
• Track and communicate key agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in managing multiple scrum teams within the banking industry
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Previous work with agile tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in removing impediments

Mile widziane:

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar
