We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our strategic initiatives and product development roadmaps. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the delivery strategy across a range of projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business objectives. • Efficient project management in accordance with company standards, methods, and best professional practices
• Define, manage, and control scope, schedule, budget and effectively plan resources
• Provide project products and tasks according to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Organize, lead, and control the work of the project team, motivate, solve conflicts
• Monitor KPIs related to the delivery process and take corrective actions
• Ensure proper communication in the project, in particular in the field of team management, sponsor and stakeholders' relationship, project progress and status reporting, decision-making process and escalations
• Effective management of risks and problems
• Provide the completeness and quality of project documentation

• Office presence in Krakow, 3 times per month
• Experience in the financial/banking sector
• Background in managing subcontractors, stakeholders
• Knowledge of the methodology of project management at an advanced level – confirmed by a certificate (PMI / PMP or/and PRINCE2 Practitioner) - will be an advantage
• Understanding of agile / waterfall project management and service management methodologies
• Technical knowledge in the field of designing and building IT systems
• Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
• Highly developed team management and communication skills
• Leadership and ability to lead and motivate a team
• Independence and good organization of work
• A very good command of the English language is required
